You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Email us to start the return process. Please include your name, the order number, and reason for return. Depending on your reason for return, we will follow one of the procedures below:
- Would like to exchange item for another item of the same price: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to use to return your product. Once we receive your return, we will ship you the new item. This option is only available for US orders. Limit to one exchange per jewelry item within 30 days.
- Item no longer wanted: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to use to return your product. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the price you paid for the item, minus the cost of return shipping.
- Item arrived damaged: We will request a photo of the damage and submit a full refund to you upon receipt and confirmation of the photographic proof. Instead of a refund, you can alternatively opt to select another item of the same price for us to send you.
When we refund an order, we credit your original payment method as quickly as possible, typically the day we receive your return. However, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days for the refund to reach your account due to the speed of your banking institution.
